ARDEX K 15 Premium Self-Leveling Underlayment ARDEX K 15® Premium Self-Leveling Underlayment – ARDEX K 15® is a Portland cement-based, self-leveling underlayment formulated with a special blend of polymers used to level and smooth interior concrete, terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tile, epoxy coating systems, metal, wooden substrates and non-water soluble adhesive residue on concrete prior to the installation of finished flooring – on, above or below grade. It can also be installed over concrete treated with certain curing compounds (See Tech Data). Designed specifically for the fast leveling of floors, ARDEX K 15 provides a durable, flat, smooth floor surface with minimum labor and installation time. It is pourable or pumpable when mixed with water, and seeks its own level to produce a smooth, flat, hard surface. ARDEX K 15 is also recommended and specified by many quality flooring manufacturers, architects and contractors.
ARDEX K 55 MICROTEC ARDEX K 55™ MICROTEC® Premium High-Flow, Self-Leveling Underlayment – For the smoothing and leveling of interior concrete. Terrazzo, ceramic tile, quarry tile, epoxy coating systems, and non-soluble adhesive residue on concrete prior to the installation of the finished flooring on, above or below grade. Formulated with high-flow properties, ARDEX K 55 MICROTEC remains fluid even when poured at 1/8” thickness or less making it ideal for thin applications over large areas. It can be installed from 1/16” to 1” neat and can be featheredged to match existing elevations. It can be easily mixed and poured or it can be pumped.
ARDEX V 1200 Self-Leveling Flooring Underlayment ARDEX V 1200™ Self-Leveling Flooring Underlayment – ARDEX V 1200 is a self-leveling, no-troweling Portland cement-based underlayment with re-dispersible synthetic polymers.
ARDEX LU 100 Self-Leveling Flooring Underlayment ARDEX LU 100™ Self-Leveling Flooring Underlayment – ARDEX LU 100 is a blend of high strength cements and powdered polymers for repairing existing above-grade floors prior to the installation of new floor coverings.
When mixed with water, ARDEX LU 100 is pourable or pumpable and seeks its own level and produces a smooth, flat, hard surface. Hardens quickly without shrinking, cracking or spalling. Installs to any thickness, can be tapered to match existing elevations. Recommended for use over structurally sound concrete, well-bonded VCT, and existing patching, leveling materials or fill materials where complete removal is not an option. Walk on in 3 hours and install floor covering as soon as the underlayment has dried sufficiently for the floor covering selected, generally 2-3 days. The drying time is a function of temperature, humidity and the thickness at which the material is applied.
ARDEX GS-4 Self-Leveling, Repair Underlayment for Gypsum & Wood Subfloors ARDEX GS-4™ Self-Leveling, Repair Underlayment for Gypsum & Wood Subfloors – ARDEX GS-4 is intended for use as a remedial material for distressed gypsum subfloors that have suffered degradation. It can also be used to smooth over building code-approved structurally sound wood, and over gypsum or wood subfloors that contain hydronic heating tubes or low voltage electrical in-floor heating systems. It can be installed from 1/4” up to virtually any thickness to achieve the desired flatness tolerance. It can be walked on after 3 hours, and floor covering can be installed as soon as the underlayment has dried sufficiently for the floor covering selected. The drying time is a function of temperature, humidity, and the thickness at which the material is applied.
ARDEX LT-65 LITE-TECH™ Lightweight Fill – A lightweight, Portland cement-based, high-strength, fast-setting, non-shrinking, pre-leveling system for concrete. Reduce the dead load without sacrificing product performance! Designed specifically for deep-fill, lightweight applications where design constraints limit the amount of dead load that can be added to the structure.
Accepts light foot traffic in 2-3 hours, and will not shrink, crack or spall – even when applied in thick layers. The final smoothing coat can be installed just 16 hours later.
